Shawn Maxwell to record for Chicago Sessions Label

The Shawn Maxwell Quartet is scheduled to record a CD for the Chicago Sessions Jazz Label. Recording sessions will take place in September and the album should be available in October, or possibly November, of 2009. The new CD will feature Shawn on alto sax, flute & clarinet, Matt Nelson on piano & keyboard, Kevin Martinez on bass and Brad Dickert on drums.
